1. How can we book a package from The Photo Club?
To book a session, go to “Book Now”, choose your photo shoot type and your selected session time. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email confirmation.
If the city stated “Request Session” on our page or you cannot find the city you want on the list, please kindly contact our client relations team.
You will also need to have a confirmed date and time first before do the booking so we can find an available photographer for your schedule. In case of emergency you need to reschedule your session, please refer to our reschedule policy Free Reschedule Policy here
2. How long is a session and how much does it cost?
Our sessions are either one, two or four hours each, and you can book as many sessions as you need. To check our price, please click on the “Book Now” button.
3. How long in advance should I book the shoot?
We suggest you to book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that you get your preferred time. However, as much as we try to accommodate last minute bookings, we would appreciate if you can book at least two days in advance.
4. Can I choose the photographers I want?
We assign our previously curated photographers based on availability, so unfortunately, choosing a particular photographer is not an option. But rest assured, all our photographers have been carefully selected. We promise you that they’re friendly and reliable and they will deliver great results!
5. What if it rains on the day of the shoot?
Please do check weather forecast 4-5 days before your photoshoot date. In case the weather doesn’t permit you to continue the shoot, please refer to our reschedule policy. Free Reschedule Policy here.
6. What’s a good place to take pictures?
Our photographers can suggest to you the best spots. If you already have some ideas in mind, please let us know.
7. What should I wear?
Basically, you can wear anything you’re comfortable in and we believe that you’ll look great. Please consider the weather condition and that we do not provide makeup or hairdo. But we can arrange if you need.
8. How many people can join in the photo session?
Wish we can say “As much as you want!”. However, we’re afraid if there are too much people the result won’t be at maximum. Our suggestion is 7 people max for 1 hour session. 9. How will I meet my photographer?
You can discuss regarding the photo location with your photographer on messaging apps. You will meet the photographer right at the photo location that you and your photographer had discussed. The time will start to count at your initial photoshoot time.
10. What if I’m running late?
The photoshoot will run only on the time that clients booked (1 hour / 2 hours / 4 hours). If come late, the time will be deducted from the session. If your session time runs more than your initial, there will be additional fee applied. For the additional charge, please contact our team.
11. When will my pictures be ready?
Your photos will be ready to be downloaded in 72 hours after your photo session. When they’re ready, you will receive an email with the online gallery link.
12. How many pictures can I download?
You can download up to 80 photos (for 4 hour session), 40 photos (for 2 hour session) or 20 photos (for 1 hour session).
If you want to download more than your initial quota, you can purchase them. Here are the prices: $80/each, $400/25 photos, $800 for all photos (1 hour), $1600 for all photos (2 hours) and $3,200 for all photos (4 hours)
13. How will the photos be edited?
The photos that will be ready to be downloaded will be lightly edited with color adjustments. We do not photoshop images to make people look slimmer, thinner, or remove objects. We edit to bring out the beauty of the photoshoot.
14. What size are the photos?
In the online gallery, you can download high-resolution photos size 3-5MB (3300 by 2200 px) large enough to be printed in a 60×90 cm canvas. Higher resolution photos should be downloaded through website using laptop/pc.
15. What format will the photos be in?
The downloadable photos will be in JPEG. We apologize in advance for we are unable to give out raw or unedited files.
16. Will my pictures be shared?
We love to feature our clients photos and our photographers’ works on our blog or social media channels. However if you prefer to keep it private, you can set your photo status up once your photos are uploaded or you can let our team know.
